How Many Steps?
- 42,150 steps this week
- 1 x 10,000 steps per day
Excuses at the ready - I forgot my fitbit on Friday & I was hanging round a hospital most of the day (appts with mum), then Sat I put it on to charge & forgot it again! Then it just didn't go with my dress so I missed out on the steps I clocked up on the dance floor :(
No really I know there is no point making excuses - if I really want to hit 10,000 I can but I have to put the effort in.
Sunday was my best day - I made a real effort to get my steps up, we went somewhere new for a long walk.
So the moral of the story is - I need to do something new to get my steps up. If I follow my normal routine I barely move so this week let's step it up & try new places to get that number up! Bailey of course will love this!
If you are on Fitbit & want to Taunt me (yes that is an option & prob what I need) - then try to connect with me here

This went a little better!
4 days I managed to do the challenge.
I know it's everyday but I am crap at developing a routine so 4 days is quite good considering it was the first 3 days I kept missing! As I thought this is something quick & easy that I can fit into my day - I just need to remember to do it!
Think the plan for this week is 50 in the morn & 50 in evening as I keep remembering before bed & try squeeze them in! But if I get a start first thing I am starting the day as I mean to go on! Fighting talk now.
This week I will ….
- Go for 10,000 x 4 days
Saturday - Hen Do - see how many steps I can get on the dance floor lol
Sunday - take Mr B & Bailey extra long walk!
Then one other day during week e.g. do extra steps at work & gym
- Complete a full week of the challenge
Try 50 in morn & 50 at night - set alarm on Fitbit
This is what this post is all about, reflecting on the past week, learning & putting together a plan for the next!
Weigh In
Stayed the same - I am happy about as I definitely have fluid retention & my week wasn't great.
Did you achieve tour fitness goals this week?
How do you track your progress?
