How Many Steps?
- 80, 590 steps this week
- 5 x 10,000 steps per day
Yes, FIVE!
Granted on 2 of those days I was just over the 10,000 but so what I was over!! I was aiming for 4 days & I managed 5 (nearly 6! was gutted that night as I was out dancing & must have sat down around 12!)
And yes that is a 15,000 you are seeing on my chart! Me - 15,000 - it took a walk around the shops am, a big long walk in the sun with Bailey & wee extra round the block at night! I felt so motivated to hit that 15,000.

This went all to pot!
I can't remember if I did any days!
My plan of fitting them in am & pm just didn't come to light, I was more focused on getting in walks to up my steps. Tracking which day it was & what I was supposed to be doing just didn't happen. :(
This week I will ….
- Go for 10,000 x 4 days
- At least 1 gym session
Sunday - again a long walk with Bailey will get those steps up
Then one other day during week e.g. do extra steps at work & gym
And Thursday hit the gym & walking again to really notch up those steps - 15,000 again, maybe?
- Complete a full week of the challenge
That's the plan - now I just need to stick to it!
Weigh In
I skipped weigh in this week. Well kinda - I had an appointment & could have went to a different class but decided against it, I id weigh myself at clinic & I think it is down but we will just need to wait & see next week.This week I proved to myself just what I can do, what I can achieve. It may not be much to most fit people but it is a drastic improvement for me even from last week!
