Blog Lovin
Before I started my blog I would randomly click on links on twitter with interesting titles. My blog reading wasn't regular. I wasn't a follower & generally just lurked never really commenting. Then I discover GFC & had all these fab blogs in my reader waiting any time I fancied a read. I had loads & it got a bit overwhelming - kind of like this!

I made my skin crawl just having all these notifications for the pic! |
Then I go bloglovin & I have managed to follow 126 fab blogs!! So my blog reading can get a bit overwhelming & I do still just hit the clear button now & then but I have groups so I organise what I am in the mood for reading.
The Group I Always Read
There is one group on my reader that I never skip. I affectionately call this group 'Friends'
I have never met any of these ladies, nor spoken on the phone, or really much on twitter but that's the thing with blogs it gives you an insight into that persons life. By following their posts I feel like I am getting to know them. I hope none of them are freaked out by my stalking friendship :(

You can pick which one you think you are! I'm the smiling Bee! |
Meet my online friends
In no particular order I present to you the blogs I like to call friends - they are a mixed bunch!
Blush and Barbells
Blush and Barbells
Wendy loves fitness & I am always inspired when I read about all the different programmes she does. She is one fit lady! And she always has time to cheer me on or stop by my blog. She blogs about books, pretty nails, fitness of course & her busy life.
Indigo Buttons
Kirsty adventures in Edinburgh sound fab & I just love her humour. In fact her How to make a good first impression post had me literally laughing out loud! She does outfit posts, foodie reviews, cocktail - I see a lot of cocktails on this page & she generally cheers up my day.
The Curved Opinion
Vicky found me. She started commenting on my old blog & I started following her blog to hear what she had been up to. This girl has gone from strength to strength - her confidence and blog have grown exponentially. She post beautiful pics of her outfits & make up & we share a love for a vintage look. She is doesn't shy away from voicing her opinion or using her blog to raise awareness of issues that are important to her.
You and Me are Family
I can't quite remember how I found Claire's blog. The living in Scotland may have been the attraction but her story captured me. Her blog is so simple & pretty & covers very similar stuff to me. She has been on a weight loss journey & has done so well reaching her target! Seeing her Fitbit stats inspired my very own purchase to keep me motivated to move. She crafts, she a cute little doggy & she just talks so much sense!
Underland to Wonderland
Again I am not sure how I found Danielle but I am so glad I did! Her pictures are inspiring - her action shots I am in awe of. I love how she includes Baker (her dog) as she treats him like part of the family, the way we treat Bailey eg. Spoiled, pampered pooches! Her positive outlook is infectious & I love how her posts make me feel. She makes me want to go out & explore, take photos & cuddle my Bailey boy.
Life as a Petite
Last but by no means least - Tiny Tang my petite little friend. She has a cute pretty little blog with a cheery outlook on life. She pulls together great outfits on budget & for a petite frame. I found her through the ColabThursday & she is always popping by & spreading lovely comments to brighten my day.
Anyhoo that is my share of some blog love - I do hope you go on through to their wonderful blogs & take a good look around for yourself. They are a friendly bunch!
Loved writing this but boy has it taken longer than I thought - they really are great blogs I kept getting pulled into catching up on their posts while linking!
2nd last post of #BEDM I can hardly believe it - find out how I have got on tomorrow - the end of May. Can you believe we are nearly half way through the year already, my New York trip will be here before we know it!
