How many steps?
Today's post should be my look back over the week to celebrate my steps. But due to the fact I lost my fitbit for a few days I have no idea how I did this week!
I was away from home & wasn't sure when I lost it, luckily it was on Baileys bed!

I do know that by not checking in I was less inclined to push myself to do that little bit more.
I did hit 10,000 one day - I pushed myself after work to go a long walk with Mr B & Bailey - & I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
The more I move the happier I feel
I have definitely noticed that the more I move the happier I feel. Of course after I have got up & gone to the gym or done that walk I feel better but I need to remember those feelings to get me off the sofa when I'm not feeling so happy.
Through #BEDM I found Elizabeth's post on Coco Cola's Happiness is Movement. I could totally connect with her words. I too had felt the happiness after physically moving my body, but also had the limiting mindset that I was not good at physical activity.
I was always told I was not good at sport at school & by my parents. And I wasn't but I was good at moving my body - dancing, walking, fun runs, swimming, ice skating, roller blading - all things I loved to do but gradually as I felt these things had to be taken seriously to do them as an adult - I did them less & less. Until I became the self fulfilling prophecy of not being any good at them.
So today I am also sharing Coco Cola's Happiness is Movement and linking to one of many of their feel good videos to encourage us to be a little more active.
