Do you talk bad to yourself? 

Continuing the love theme since it's February, let me introduce you to the positive peep Amy Steinberg.  I have a few of her tracks on my positive playlist and her lyrics never fail to lift my mood.

I can't even remember how I stumbled across her music but I am so glad I did.  In the dark times there was a few days when I listened to her songs on repeat all day long to try and quieten the negative self talk.

This is a song for all you women (and men!) out there who are guilty of body hating and low self esteem.  It's so powerful to hear yourself singing out lines like "I got these thighs, I got this hair, I will not even dare compare" and "I am a queen, I'm a goddess, I'm a genius"
